Make Calls Using a Softphone on your PC

A softphone is a small application that works with VoIP technology. It enables you to make regular phone calls from your Personal Computer.The interface normally looks and behaves like a traditional phone's dialing pad. A softphone can be used with your CallPakistan.pk account.

Make sure that following step being done properly:

• Login to your account and go to SIP Account Setting Page

• Download PC2Phone Application from Download Softphone link

• Install PC2Phone Application and use your Calling Username & Password in Application to make calls

• You Must need to Purchase Credit to make any outgoing calls

Make Calls Using SIP VoIP device

You can also place outgoing calls using SIP VoIP Devices Like Linksys PAP2. Linksys PAP2 allow you to connect your normal telephone set with CallPakistan.pk Service. You will still requires Internet but you don't need to have computer up all the time.

Follow the step below to configure Linksys PAP2

• Login to your account and go to SIP Account Setting Page

• Download Linksys PAP2 Configuration Manual from SIP Account Setting Page

• Follow the instruction given in Configuration Manual to configure your Linksys PAP2 device

• You Must need to Purchase Credit to make any outgoing calls
